Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Architect with 15+ years of IT experience and deep expertise in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading large, complex, multi-cloud implementations. Experience working across 1–2 industry domains (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Retail & Consumer Goods, Communication, Media & Technology) is a strong plus.

This role is responsible for driving end-to-end solution architecture, advising stakeholders, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices, and guiding development teams through design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture & Design

• Define end-to-end Salesforce solution architectures aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards.

• Lead multi-cloud architectural designs across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Data Cloud.

• Produce architecture artifacts such as ERDs, sequence diagrams, data models, and integration patterns.

• Ensure solutions follow the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework, platform guardrails, and security best practices.

2. Technical Leadership

• Lead offshore technical teams and ensure solution quality through reviews and governance.

• Conduct design walkthroughs and review apex, LWC, and configuration patterns for compliance.

• Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, performance challenges, and integration blockers.

• Provide mentorship and develop technical capability within the team.

3. Multi-Domain Expertise (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to 2–4 business domains is preferred (e.g., Financial Services, Life Sciences, Public Sector, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Utilities).

• Ability to tailor solution architectures to domain-specific processes, regulations, and data models.

• Experience leveraging Salesforce Industries or OmniStudio is a plus.

4. Integration & Data Architecture

• Architect integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, CDC, and middleware such as MuleSoft or AWS services.

• Define scalable data strategies, ETL frameworks, and governance standards.

• Lead large data migration initiatives including mapping, cleansing, and validation.

5. Security, Compliance & Governance

• Implement secure access models including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and sharing rules.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI, FedRAMP depending on domain).

• Apply secure SDLC practices including static code analysis, threat modelling, and configuration monitoring.

6. Stakeholder & Engagement Management

• Work closely with business leaders, product owners, enterprise architects, and development teams.

• Conduct workshops, deliver solution proposals, and articulate trade-offs.

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.

7. Delivery Excellence

• Support agile delivery processes including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and estimation.

• Oversee technical delivery for offshore teams ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance.

• Guide release planning, environment strategy, and deployment readiness.

8. Presales

• Collaborate closely with presales teams to support solutioning and early-stage architecture.

• Contribute to effort estimation, solution blueprints, and proposal development.

• Participate in RFP responses, client presentations, and technical deep-dive sessions.

• Present architectural approaches, licenses, and design recommendations to customers during presales and bid cycles

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience, including 10+ years in Salesforce.

• Proven experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations.

• Advanced expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and integration techniques.

• Strong understanding of platform limits, performance tuning, and multi-org strategies.

• Demonstrated experience working closely with presales teams, including solutioning, effort estimation, proposal development, participating in RFP responses, and presenting architectural approaches to customers.

Nice to Have

• Experience across 1–2 industry domains.

• Exposure to Salesforce Industries / OmniStudio.

• Hands-on experience with Agentforce, including AI-driven routing, agent guidance, and productivity tools.

• Experience using AI tools to enhance the SDLC, such as code generation, test automation, intelligent code reviews, documentation assistants, or predictive analytics for delivery.

• Experience with enterprise-scale integrations (MuleSoft, AWS, Azure).
