Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Data & AI Domain Specialist in the Life Sciences sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data and AI technologies, with a proven track record of developing innovative assets and products. This role involves leveraging expertise in data analytics and artificial intelligence to drive strategic initiatives and enhance our offerings in the life sciences domain.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and implementation of data and AI-driven solutions tailored for the life sciences industry.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges through innovative data and AI applications.
3. Design and develop scalable data models, algorithms, and AI products that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
4. Drive the creation of intellectual property, including patents and publications, in the data and AI space.
5. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the continuous evolution of our data and AI capabilities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of proven experience in the data and AI domain, with a focus on the life sciences sector.
• Must have strong experience of working on modern data platforms and hyperscalers such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, Oracle Analytics.
• Must have Previous experience of life sciences domain specialties and related analytics
• Proficient knowledge of data analytics tools, machine learning frameworks, and AI methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience in developing and deploying AI products and solutions in the life sciences industry.
• Certification in data science or AI-related disciplines.
